How Soon Can I Receive My Poster?
How quickly will my order be printed and shipped out to me?
Posters ordered weekdays before noon (CT) will ship the same day they are ordered. Otherwise the poster will ship the following business day. The delivery date of your order is dependent on the method of shipping selected. Use the form at the top of this page to determine when you will receive your poster.
Do you offer carrying tubes?
All of our posters are shipped in cardboard tubes. We offer an additional carrying product: an elastic strap to attach to the cardboard tube. You can see this on the Accessories page.
What kind of materials do you print on?
We offer a heavyweight paper that comes in either a matte or glossy finish and a foldable wrinkle-resistant farbic. You can read more about their specifications and uses on our scientific posters page.
Can I take my poster on the plane?
The airline should have no problem accommodating your poster, although it's best to check with your individual airline. If you would like a poster that is easier to travel with, try a fabric scientific poster.
Can you laminate my scientific poster?
We do not offer lamination on our posters. In our experience, lamination can create a glare that makes the poster harder to read so we offer a paper that is glossy while not being highly reflective. This creates a professional finish without compromising readability. All of our scientific posters are printed with water-resistant inks that resist smearing when in contact with water.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
Purchase orders are accepted from schools and hospitals. If you would like to pay with a purchase order as a business, please contact us to receive our credit application for approval.
We cannot accept checks without prior approval or international money orders as payment.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card won't be charged until your order is reviewed and your proofs are approved (if requested).
Why am I being charged sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in many states depending on their legislation. If you have a sales tax exemption certificate, you can enter your tax exemption number during checkout. If we do not have your certificate on file, you will also need to upload that to us during checkout to have the sales tax removed from the order.
Can I use my FedEx or UPS account number?
In order for us to better manage the shipping and tracking process, we don't offer an option to ship on customer's FedEx or UPS accounts.
Can you drop ship my order?
Sorry, we do not offer drop shipping. We can ship your order to any location of your choosing, but all of our orders are shipped with a PosterNerd packing list.
