Shipping FAQ's

Which carriers do you use?

We use UPS, USPS and FedEx for shipping. We select the carrier that will get you your poster on time for the best price.

Can you ship to PO Boxes? 

Yes, however we recommend using a physical street address. Shipments to PO Boxes can only be sent via USPS and take longer to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA and to Canada

How many paper posters are put into one tube?

The number of paper posters we put in one tube depends on their size. We can fit up to three 48"x36" posters in one tube, or four to five smaller posters.

Can you ship my posters in separate tubes?

Yes. We can ship posters from the same order in separate tubes for an additional $5 / tube.

How many fabric posters are put into one box?

We ship one fabric poster per package if the size exceeds 48"x36", and up to three smaller ones.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free and expedited shipping is based on your order, shipping address and selected delivery speed. Shipping costs will be shown during checkout.

Do you ship to hotels?

Yes, we will ship your posters to any address. We encourage you to check with your hotel first for their policy regarding packages.

Do you ship on weekends?

No, we don't ship orders on weekends or holidays.

How long does shipping take?

We offer shipping options that range from next day delivery up to 5 business days. International shipping may take longer.

Why is expedited shipping not an option for my order?

We do not offer expedited shipping for:

  • PO Box Address. We need a physical address.
  • Posters larger than 42.5" for both height and width. One of the poster's dimensions must be smaller than 42.5".

Our poster Packaging

Paper Posters

All of our paper posters are rolled up in a clear plastic protective sleeve, slipped inside a sturdy cardboard tube and packaged inside a box. Be sure to use the plastic sleeve when storing your poster in the cardboard tube for later use.

Fabric Posters

Our fabric posters are folded, placed in a resealable plastic bag and packaged in a cardboard box. Please keep your poster stored in this bag while traveling.
