Posternerd staff, especially Nikki, helped get my poster to me after UPS let me down twice. I was to receive the poster at my residence before leaving for the conference. UPS stated notification it was "out for delivery" then changed the day and time stating there was no one home (it was 2 adults at home to receive my package). By the time I found out it was after hours, so I message for Posternerd and reordered, after not getting a resolution from UPS. I reordered through Posternerd the same with rush delivery to my hotel. Posternerd reached out to me first thing the next business day and to assure me they would check with UPS to resolve. During this time UPS sent another notification stating they tri
