Poster won first place award!

High quality poster, fast shipping, but FedEx did a slow delivery, arriving a day late, even with expedited shipping requested. Ordering experience was great! PosterNerd provided a proof within minutes of me submitting it and printed and shipped it within a few hours of ordering. Customer service was excellent (I called multiple times just because I was nervous about the cost and shipping time). I asked for expedited shipping. Everything was going fine until I noticed the poster stuck at Memphis for more than a day. FedEx tracking showed expected delivery on Friday (as promised), but when I asked the FedEx chatbot, it said Monday! I got nervous and had to make backup plans with regard to the poster. The poster finally arrived on Saturday after I had already left my city for the conference across the country. So, a friend of mine had to collect the poster and get it to me. Looks like PosterNerd did their job excellently, but FedEx didn't keep their promise. The poster print was high quality with sharp letters and graphics, saturated colors, debunked my colleagues' myth about fabric posters being blurry. The way it is folded is the way I carried it to the conference and it was a bit wrinkly. Even if I had ironed it before, I would still need to fold it to carry from my hotel to conference site. I don't know a way around it. It's not too bad, I'm just a bit OCD about making it look neat. The poster presentation ended up winning first place in its category and I didn't want to gloat to the international attendees when I saw them with large poster tubes talking about airport troubles. I wondered about the expedited shipping cost I paid but was too busy at the conference to check, but thanks to PosterNerd, they refunded the extra I had paid for expedited shipping. I appreciate that! Overall, A+ to PosterNerd. B- to FedEx (I'm being generous).

Second Time Using Still Perfect

Great communication over the proof- so incredibly fast and reliable. I will never go back to regular posters. I send my poster in 2024 on Friday and in 2026 on Saturday and the hotel received it by Wednesday. Just amazing.
