The 'Live Chat' service was fantastic. Jessica was prompt, helpful and cheery. It made ordering a cinch and reassuring. She assured that they would check on a coloring issue, which is really great service especially when there are sometimes qualms about ordering something important online. I felt safe doing it with customer service so great.
