I had an issue with one of my logos being misaligned during printing. I contacted customer support and a representative replied right away. A new poster was sent to me a few days later free of charge. Excellent product and customer service! Would highly recommend!

Great customer service and the posters look amazing!!!! This is the second year we've printed 3 posters each year with this company and will be doing so from here on our. We've had colleagues ask for the website so they can print their posters. and at conferences we get lots of questions about who we printed with our posters with because they look so good and are great quality. Hands down the easiest process for printing fabric posters!!!
