Excellent and very prompt work

Can’t say enough about the great work this company does. I have used them for numerous poster presentations over the past 7 years . Each time they revue the PowerPoint and let me know beforehand if the images are not of good resolution . The turn around time to receive the poster is excellent

Phenomenal Quality

What an amazing poster I now have for my upcoming two conferences. The print and graphics on the canvas turned out beautifully. The canvas will be easier for me to handle and I won’t need to worry about it being damaged while traveling. MakeSigns was able to accommodate my specific dimensions perfectly. Excellent Quality and Fast Service!!

The quality of the proof vs. the quality received was completely different. Text was faded and images that showed clear in the proof were blurry. Ended up having to rush order a poster with another company.

there was poor image quality and imperfections surrounding several figures and images. These imperfections were not observable in the proof, but are clearly evident as imperfections in the final printed poster. A bit disappointing.

I ordered 11 fabric posters. We were very thankful to receive proofs as they indicated areas that needed to be revised. The posters arrived within a few days and they are very nice!

Great Customer Service!

Due to FedEx delays (maybe because of weather, but who knows) our poster wasn't going to show up in time for us to take it on the plane with us to a conference. I called in to see if we could change the destination on the order and reroute to the conference. Jenna was absolutely amazing to work with! She said that if we changed the delivery address, that FedEx would just delay even longer. Alternatively, she had their team print a whole new poster and shipped it to the conference address. That went above and beyond what I expected and was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Best Service and Quality

Great quality. There was an issue with shipping and wasn't going to get to me in time for my presentation. When I called to see if there was anything they could do, MakeSigns printed a new poster and it arrived the next day! So grateful for their helpful customer service!
