Customer service was responsive and helpful! Made ordering mistake and was able to contact customer service and receive resolution within minutes. No long hold on the phone. The posters turned out great - paper, printing, resolution all top notch. The PDF proofs came very quickly after placing the order. Even after making edit on a submitted poster in the proofing process, the posters were printed and shipped same day. Posters well packaged with no damage upon arrival. Highly recommend!
