The process to make the poster was very easy and had a quick turnaround time. The poster was shipped in a solid poster tube and arrived on time for my presentation at a national conference. I would definitely use this poster printing service again!

Outstanding communication throughout the printing process, as well as final product.

I appreciate that you have text options and that you are in communication with the customer. The product came out well and was reasonably priced. The templates are user friendly as well. My only negative comment is that I was asked if the proof was okay for print and before I clarified it was printed. I understand that the company wanted to ensure timely delivery however I was in no immediate rush at the time and there was only a 3 hr gap from when the proofs were sent for review and when I emailed the company back with a question about the proofs sent. Lucky for me, I was satisfied with the end product although if I didn't approve it would have then been too late.

My overall experience was good however there was one situation which I thought was worth mentioning. I requested for proofreading of my poster and despite doing the proofreading multiple times, I was not able to get the right colors in the poster (especially the color of the table which was supposed to be green and will always come as blue when I will receive the proofreads). As I was running short of time on my travel dates to the conference, I decided to give my clearance on whatever color was coming up on the poster. Apart from this issue, rest all worked out well.

I also got the same poster made at a local copy shop, but the MakeSigns poster was on thicker, higher quality paper which was more resistant to creases and had a better-looking sheen to it. Very satisfied.
