Outstanding Customer Service
The wrong version of.my.posted was printed by accident and the staff corrected the order immediately and shipped the correct poster free of charge. Best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time!!! I will definitely be utilizing there services for all my printing needs!!

Dissatisfied
Despite claims of guaranteed delivery in 2 days, my poster did not arrive in time. You are better off at Kinkos. Won't be using them again.

I was very pleased with the final poster product. I want to give Jenna, the customer service person special recognition She went above and beyond remaining in contact with me (even texted me after the store normal hours) to help correct my error (not makesigns.com) so that I could have the poster ready for my doctoral project ready on time. I highly recommend Makesigns the site to use for professional posters!!
