Hi team, just wanted to thank you for the poster. It looked great, exactly as ordered. Just wanted to FYI you that there was unfortunately a large gash in the box when it arrived which unfortunately led to damage to the cardboard tube and the poster. There was an area of the poster which was folded inward because of the damage. Obviously, probably the fault of the package delivery service but wanted to let you guys know in case you're considering changes to the packaging or delivery approach. Thanks.
