I have just placed a poster order through a link provided by the ASCB meeting 6th December. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a link already set for the delivery information to be populated automatically once ASCB was listed. Also the discount code didn't work. Please can you clarify that the poster will infact be delivered tothe corrcet conference venue, assuming that the ASCB Learning Center, Exhibit Halls C-E is within the Pennsylvania Covention Center, Philidelphia

Sigh... I approved my poster and you already printed and shipped it. Maybe super quick is too quick. Although I must have checked and re-checked 1000 times before uploading AND checked the proof before approving, I just noticed an error in the justification in the author's names in the top bar (the second author is should be tabbed over one more time). I'm a bit disappointed given your home page of your website states "Every File Carefully Inspected by graphic design and printing experts." If that were true, I would have thought that kind of thing would be caught. I recognize and realize the error is My fault, but you shouldn't advertise what you don't deliver. It gives a false sense of security that apparently is not actually there.
