I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED. When placing the order, I selected a "need by date" as Wed, and your website suggested the shipping option of 2nd Business Day. My order was not shipped until Mon and I will not receive it until Wed. I assumed you don't work on weekends, but because the shipping page suggested the 2nd day shipping, I believed it would happen. I am requesting at least a partial refund on the cost of the shipping. If I don't have my presentation in time tomorrow, I will request a full refund. I will not be using your company again if this cannot be rectified. Thanks.

Thanks very much for your excellent work, and Justin particularly for suggesting that I take the time to improve the quality of the graphic. The poster and the graphic turned out great. I will certainly use Graphicsland again for future posters and recommend you to others.

There should have been a greater than/equal to symbol in the bottom left of the poster but it printed as an "e". My presentation is first thing tomorrow morning so there's no time for a reprint.
