Poster was delivered late

The poster itself was great but the three-star review is mainly for the delivery time. I paid for the express shipping which stated that the poster would be delivered by Thursday evening (I needed it Friday morning). However, the poster wasn’t delivered until Friday morning.

I have always used Posternerd for my conference posters and the service has been immaculate. However, this time my poster was delivered after the expected date (but just before my presentation) even though I had paid for faster shipping so that it could be delivered 2 days in advance.
