When I submitted my poster an employee reached out to let me know a figure had some overlapping text and asked if I wanted to upload a new file so there was no overlap. Without this, I would have had a much worse poster! Even more, the next day, they reached back out to let me know the formatted size of my poster was 4 inches off, which would leave the print scaled funky on the poster, and they helped me resize and reformat the poster. On top of this, they still delivered by the original date!! Truly amazing customer service.

I had issues with getting my poster in time for my conference, which was caused by shipping delays. The people at MakeSigns sent me a duplicate in overnight mail and now I can go to conference without that added stress. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!

Great communication & Quick/on time shipping

So happy to find an online vendor that was very on top of communication (was an issue with the format I submitted), had very quick turn around time, and I received a beautiful poster right on schedule in plenty of time for my conference! Will definitely use again!
