I paid for 2 day shipping and have just learned that the poster was fedex ground. I am now going to miss my poster session. i have flown from Chicago to San Diego to present this poster. I am extremely dissapointed.

Hi, For the 18 x 18 poster, it came in the heavyweight matte paper, but I ordered it on the glossy and got charged more to have it in glossy. Is there anything that could be done? Thanks!

I originally went to Kinkos to get my poster made but the formatting never came out correctly and to fix it would cost extra fees. Here, the poster was formatted perfectly, customer service was great, and it's cheaper than Kinkos even with overnight shipping and rush service. I send my thanks to everyone on the team. Keep up the good work.
