Posternerd staff, especially Nikki, helped get my poster to me after UPS let me down twice. I was to receive the poster at my residence before leaving for the conference. UPS stated notification it was "out for delivery" then changed the day and time stating there was no one home (it was 2 adults at home to receive my package). By the time I found out it was after hours, so I message for Posternerd and reordered, after not getting a resolution from UPS. I reordered through Posternerd the same with rush delivery to my hotel. I needed something last minute to print and my local print shops were unavailable for a quick turn around and creating a custom size. Luckily I stumbled upon Poster Nerd online and they were able to show me a proof before delivery and had delivered fast (2 business days). Not only was the poster on time but it was printed in high quality which was amazing. Normally I don't leave reviews, but because the poster had won an award at the conference, I'd like to say a big THANK YOU to you guys. :)
