I paid for 2 day shipping and have just learned that the poster was fedex ground. I am now going to miss my poster session. i have flown from Chicago to San Diego to present this poster. I am extremely dissapointed.

Hi, For the 18 x 18 poster, it came in the heavyweight matte paper, but I ordered it on the glossy and got charged more to have it in glossy. Is there anything that could be done? Thanks!
