Incredible customer service!

I've printed with PosterNerd several times before and always found their work to be of high quality. This time, my shipment was delayed because of a UPS problem. When I reached out to customer service, Holly offered to re-print and re-ship my poster free of charge, and checked in regularly to ensure that I received the finished product. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the customer service, especially when the problem was not PosterNerd's fault!

The poster was attractive. It arrived a day early. It was slightly smaller than I thought it would be - it would have been great if someone let me know, but it was certainly large enough for the purpose and, since smaller, cost less. The paper was heavy enough to hang well in the exhibition hall. Thank you Poster Nerd.

Blurry words

Portions of the words looked pixelated and blurry which was disappointed to see
