It would have been more professional if you could provide a proof before mailing it out. I sent two posters for print; one is fine, but the other one which contains several figures were printed in very low quality - texts in the figures are very blurred and hardly discernible. I recalled PosterNerd used to generate a proof and update the customer which figures will be printed with low resolution so that we can change. Why this time you mailed the work directly? I ended up spend 2-3 extra hours doing self-printing using my computer and will paste it. This makes my poster looks less official and unprofessional. Really disappointed.
