Customer service and overall service is amazing! I had a chance to review proofs before printing. If there is anything wrong you can easily submit a revision and they will send an updated proof just to make sure things are correct. The best part...I knew exactly how much time I had to make and submit corrections before shipping was delayed. Overall, this was worry free, and very efficient!

Very fast service, outstanding print quality. They reviewed my poster before printing and noted that one of the figures was blurry, allowing me to upload a new, better quality image. The final poster was still printed and shipped the same day. Superb service.

Poster quality was excellent and looked great. Quick turnaround and arrived on time, which I appreciated since I was late to ordering it, I ordered on Sunday and has the poster on Wednesday! I will use this company again for poster printing.

Great service recovery

I was surprised to learn that my poster was not delivered to the address I had stated. It was my oversight and I only realised it 2 days before the conference I was going for. Jenna from the team really helped me to expedite the delivery of my poster to my new address. I am overall very very satisfied!
