Order botched

Posters arrived cropped down to smaller sizes than what was ordered. We specified certain dimensions and uploaded images that were sized to those dimensions; posternerd, without consulting us, cut out the special margins that were deliberately included in the image files and mailed us papers that did not match the ordered sizes. Bad experience.

Delivered within 24 hours to my hotel!

I needed to reprint a poster after I had arrived to my conference. I had called them for an express option and rhey promised delivery before 11am the next day and it indeed arrived by 10.58. ended up having a great poster session just in the nick of time. Would happily use them again for postera with longer lead time, too!

Super fast delivery and I loved that I had to approve proofs before printing. I had to re-upload the poster three times before I fixed the problem with one of the figures (a problem on my end). PosterNerd was fast and patient! Love this service and will continue to use them for future poster presentations!

Good printing, bad rolling

Printing was great quality. Not sure why then it would be so carelessly rolled up? Crumpled edge on one side where the rolling started with multiple creases. Seems preventable and not ideal for a display poster.

Very quick delivery and response time

The poster was shipped the very next day. They even send me a proof and that helped me re-check things. In an hour of me sending them the edits they printed it. So very efficient. Quality of the print is also very good. I will definitely recommend!
