Our order was not delivered on time after receiving many emails and confirmations that it would. Show management had to go out to another vendor overnight for the poster.I heard it was a FedEx issue but not my problem to solve. I requested a full refund and received that right away. Will not recommend your services.

Edges "crinkled"

The overall poster looked good; however upon opening, one edge was severely "crinkled" and the other slightly as well. I ordered matte finish and the paper quality did not appear as strong - perhaps that is the problem with this or poor packaging. Regardless, I will order the gloss finish next time as this appears more professional and strong.

I ordered the standard size available for the associated meeting and the poster was larger than the actual posterboard area. I'm not sure what proportion of other presenters used this service, but it seemed that my poster stood out (not in a good way) because it exceeded the size dimensions of the available designated board space.
