I made a mistake on my poster having left off the creditials of one of the authors. I called and within minutes was given a link to upload a corrected file. Beautiful poster printing. Great packaging. I received the poster 3 days after ordering with standard shipping. I am very impressed with the quality and service. The poster was great and it was super easy to order with a quick turnaround. Only feedback I have is if there could be more support for issues that can come up in the proofs - I really appreciated the notice that some images may be blurry, but not having much tech knowledge didn't really know how to fix this. Some quick tips for such things could be helpful.
