Poster was never received

Ordered a scientific poster in time for a research conference. Poster was never delivered. Paid a lot of money to travel to a conference that I was unable to present at. Very disappointed

Beautiful poster, great customer service. FedEx was the only bad thing...they messed up delivery and did not notify me. Make Signs gave me 100% refund. They're great service despite everything.

I ordered a poster with expedited shipping. Overall the poster looks good & shipping was speedy. The problem was that the poster arrived with damage to the bottom edge, which occurred when the poster was placed in the tube for mailing (there is no damage to the outer packaging). MakeSigns offerred a replacement, but it seemed wasteful to do so, and frankly I don't have the time to wait on a new one. So, they offered a 10% discount. Not sure the $5 covers the fact that the bottom edge looks bad.

First time printing through this company. Overall satisfied with the results. Some colors lighter than anticipated. Paper quality is good for purpose of conference poster- a bit light weight of to be used numerous times or long term. All in alltge poster will do the job it needs To do. Poster arrived earlier than stated dated which was a bonus and cost is reasonable
