The poster was perfect. The convenience of picking it up on at the conference was fantastic. The carrier I bought was missing the cap, which was unfortunate, but overall a very positive experience.

Excellent and prompt customer service. Accidentally uploaded an older version of my scientific poster. Emailed customer service and they responded quickly with a link to re-upload the corrected version. I received my poster delivered directly to the conference and it looked even better than I had pictured. The video tutorials that explain sizing and dimensions were excellent and easy to understand. Poster Perfect

I have been using MakeSigns to make posters for scientific conferences for several years now. They are fast, reasonably priced, and send it to the hotel so I don't have to carry the posters with me. Family Tree poster

I constructed a family tree for a client who was extremely satisfied with the final product. He first wanted a poster he could mark up and make changes to, and the matte paper poster filled that need. He then needed a second poster to accommodate those changes and elected again to get the matte paper. He was very pleased. The submission was very easy, and the turnaround time was excellent. I will definitely use the service again when the need arises.

Top notch service

I have always had a great experience with MakeSigns.com. The quality and turn around is great. This most recent time I experienced their customer service when I realized the poster I had submitted the day prior had a typo. There was no issue in correcting the poster and even though I gave them a tight window, I still received the poster on the date I specified. Excellent service!

I found the MakeSigns staff to be extremely unaccommodating. I missed a submission deadline by 30 minutes so they refused to include it with the pricing and shipping for my conference. I had to buy it myself and ship it home, and it came the following day. Clearly they didn’t need the two more weeks AND 30 minutes.
