Packaging

The posters were nice, but all four were packed together in one tube making it very, very tight!! They were so tightly packed that there was no avoiding crinkling them just trying to get them out of the tube! I was disappointed as I thought each poster would come in its own individual tube. And now, because each poster goes to an individual student, I have to purchase extra tubes for transport. Also the cap was on so tight, that it took two of us and the use of a tool to pry it off.

Amazing customer service experience

I always use this site to print posters for conferences and it's perfect every time. Most recently, I was working under the wire to print a poster for an upcoming conference and had forgotten to adjust the graph legends... which I found out 2 days before the conference... I spoke with customer support specialist Jordyn and they were completely amazing. I was met with patience, helpfulness, and reassurance for a what would have been a stressful predicament -- and I got my revised (and corrected poster) in time for the conference. I highly recommend working with this company for poster needs!

Excellent service. The option for a final review before printing was great. Allowed me to revise a photo that would have not printed clearly. Fast service and a beautiful academic poster.
