Fantastic job! Looks great and thank you for catching the overlapping text.

It is 6:00 pm local time on the day of delivery, and FedEx has not yet delivered it to the business address, and our delivery dock is now closed. I have had to ask FedEx to deliver it to a FedEx location where I will now have to pick it up myself. It is just lucky that I do not have to present the poster today! I am sure the poster will be nicely printed as usual, but FedEx delivery is not up to their promises.

Some of my equations printed incorrectly but appear fine in the original file.

Extra shapes appeared on graphs in my poster after it was printed.

I received the poster and it was damaged. The shipping box was not damaged. The tube holding the poster itself was pushed in on one side and the poster is crinkled all along the top.

All I can say is WOW... My poster was printed and shipped within a few hours of me uploading it to your site. I have been using your company for several years and the efficiency and quality of your work has remained consistently outstanding. That is why I have referred you so often to my faculty colleagues. Fabulous work!

There was text missing in a diagram of my poster.

I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED. When placing the order, I selected a "need by date" as Wed, and your website suggested the shipping option of 2nd Business Day. My order was not shipped until Mon and I will not receive it until Wed. I assumed you don't work on weekends, but because the shipping page suggested the 2nd day shipping, I believed it would happen. I am requesting at least a partial refund on the cost of the shipping. If I don't have my presentation in time tomorrow, I will request a full refund. I will not be using your company again if this cannot be rectified. Thanks.
