When I submitted my poster an employee reached out to let me know a figure had some overlapping text and asked if I wanted to upload a new file so there was no overlap. Without this, I would have had a much worse poster! Even more, the next day, they reached back out to let me know the formatted size of my poster was 4 inches off, which would leave the print scaled funky on the poster, and they helped me resize and reformat the poster. On top of this, they still delivered by the original date!! Truly amazing customer service.
