Frustration
I chose PosterNerd because of your reputation and, most importantly, because I was working with a very short deadline. For that reason, I paid extra for express delivery, trusting that the poster would arrive on time for my conference. Unfortunately, without any prior notice, the delivery date was changed by more than three days. By the time the poster arrived, the conference had already ended and I had already left the city. Because of this, I cannot even comment on the quality of the poster itself, since it became completely useless for the purpose it was ordered for. This experience was extremely frustrating and caused me significant inconvenience. I paid for a premium service expecting reliability, urgency, and professionalism, but what I received was a service that completely failed to meet its basic commitment. I sincerely hope I never have this kind of experience again: paying extra for a premium service and receiving such poor service in return.
