Terrible service with disappointing delivery

I requested and paid extra for on-time delivery in the afternoon because I had event in the afternoon but received delivery at night. I missed the most important event and opportunity because of this unacceptable and substandard service

Shipping was an issue. I requested delivery on Wed 11/19, with a back-up of 20th. The shipping label was printed Mon morning 11/17, but FedEx did not get the package til that evening. Given it only takes 16 hrs to drive Chicago to Boston, should have been sufficient. FedEx took much longer - 3pm Fri 21. Thus this poster was unable to be on display - practically- except for the last morning of the conference (Sat). Obviously a FedEx issue - but PosterNerd should be aware that shipping starts when FedEx picks up (only one pick up per day - evening?). Otherwise a helpful staff and good product.
