Speedy shipping and good print quality

I was happy with the color and resolution of the print, with no smudging. The poster came on time and was packaged well.

Overall the poster was great. Good contrast in colors and the low resolution figures came out fine. I appreciated the warning about it when I was putting together the poster. I saw some small deviations in the print, mainly around the conclusion or clinical relevance portion of the poster, but nothing major. Delivery time was accurate and much appreciated.

Charged twice for shipping

When I ordered the poster to posternerd I paid all the shipping and handling fees and was expecting to get it at the hotel front desk as I stated on the delivery address, however when I went to pickup I was referred to a nearby Fedex and only during business hours! Also I was charged an additional fee by Fedex for their handling fees as well! I wasn't told about this at posternerd checkout or anywhere in the website. So besides being charged twice for handling and shipping fees, I didn't get the poster on time as I requested and had to wait for next business day for pickup!
